Autism: A Genetic Link?

It’s a case of cross-over for me this week. Yesterday, U.S. News and World Report reported that scientists have found what they believe is a genetic abnormality in people with autism. Of course, I have believed in a genetic link for quite some time because of our own family situation. The next big question is what will we do with this information? Will it lead to parents aborting their children for fear of dealing with autism?
